Fun in the pool and self-feeding

As you know, CJ is ball and bat crazy!! Grandpaw and Ali brough a new pool ball and bat and CJ wouldn't let go of it in or out of the pool.



Sometimes CJ will still let me feed him, but this was NOT one of those night!!

End of the year swim party

Katie and Camille invited their classes to an end of the year swim party - 60 kids total. I was nervous about the turn out and was hoping for the "half that you invited will come" theory. Of course I knew that some of that half had ball games, etc. We had 17 kids come and that was GREAT!! It was a very managable number and I had to save only 1 (almost 2) people from drowning.

This is sweet GiGi who is in CJ's class. Her brother is in Katie's class and her sister is one of Camille's friends.


After everyone left we decided to let CJ get in for the first time this year.

Mother's Day

On Mother's Day, mom had the family over for a cookout. We had a great time.


CJ took lots of tumbles that day.

CJ is in a "mommy" stage and doesn't really like to be with anyone else.

Katie's piano recital

Katie started piano lesson this fall and last Sunday was her recital. We are SO proud of her and what she has accomplished this year.
