Thanksgiving '08

Clayton and Katie stay in Brownsville for Thanksgiving so Clark, Camille and I headed to Jackson for Thanksgiving. We went to my Great Aunt Barbara's for lunch on Thursday.

We took belly pictures a couple of weeks ago (see it here). Lauren wasn't here to join in, but we'll get another one at Christmas. Lindsey is 22 weeks and I'm 28 weeks in this picture. Maybe she'll have a belly by Christmas.


We don't know how many weeks Clark is.

Thursday night we went to Clark's Aunt Cindy's for dinner.

My best friend from high school is Rebecca Thomas Coco and Camille and I went over to her parents house to get a quick visit.

Friday we went to my dad and stepmom's for lunch.


Then mom cooked lasagna for dinner Friday night - Kenny and Jamie joined us.


We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, but we were glad to get back home and have Clayton and Katie back home.

Happy early birthday to me!

My birthday is next Wednesday (the big 35) and my sweet husband and my in-laws bought me a new camera. I've been wanting a new camera for quite a while, but leaving my camera on the plane on the way to Disney was a good reason for a new one. I have a lot of studying to do to figure it out, but here are a couple of pictures with it.

Coming home gown

As most of you know, I love to knit. I've been wanting to make something for CJ, but couldn't decide what to do until I found this pattern. This will be his coming home outfit. I wish you could feel it because it is soooooooooo soft.

We had another ultrasound today (27 weeks) and this is a 3D profile of CJ's face. It was wild to watch him drinking the aminiotic fluid, "breathing" (which apparently they do only about 1/30 minutes) and then get the hiccups. Amazing!!

Katie's 9th birthday!

Our sweet Katie turned 9 yesterday.

We celebrated last night with our family.

She and Ellie had a joint party at Kimmie's Salon. The girls had their hair done, had pedicures and manicures. It was so much fun.

Weekend in Jackson

The kids and I went to Jackson (MS) for the weekend. The girls didn't feel too this weekend (we found out Monday they have strep).

Sunday we went to my Grandmother's for lunch. My two aunts and their children and their children were there too. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed hanging out outside.
